Screening Services

With three complete sets of screening facilities, SHS Corporation has the capacity to screen over 4,500MT per day depending on our customers’ requirements. With partners in marine and inland logistics, whether our customers require a one-stop screening service(from MV, screening plant and onto trucks), or a partial screening service where our customers deliver their cargo into our screening plant and arrange their own trailers to pick-up finished products, we give our customers a large capacity flexibility and ensure productions are on-time.

Typical coal sizes that we screen range from 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-25mm, 25-50mm to 50+mm, however our adaptable screening equipments can screen up to 6 sizes to any customer requirements (sizes can alter production capacity) and all types of coal specifications.

With over 20,000Sq/Metre coal yard integrated in our screening facility and a fleet of Backhoe and Wheel Loaders at the ready, we also provide on-site piling services of up to 80,000MT to minimize transshipment cost and lead time for coal screening for our customers.

To assure the utmost safety to our customers, all SHS Corporation’s screening plantsare equipped with state-of-the-art online CCTV monitoring services for our customers to be able to access and view their products anywhere anytime. With SHSCoal’s emphasis on environmental sustainability, our screening plants are equipped with high pressure sprinklers and canvases to cover any areas that may cause air pollution from dust particles. Thus, our customers can be at peace-of-mind that their coal is being processed in the utmost environmentally-compliant manner.
